ART GARB hand crafted skirt

An original ART GARB skirt, in as-new condition. This skirt has been made using a unique fabric cutting technique, which makes the skirt an individual work of art. No two skirts were made the same. This skirt comes with the original tag and is a size 14. Waist measures 94cm and hip measures 121cm (at the seam). Length of skirt is 85cm.
