The Flora Skirt by Kowtow is inspired by a traditional kilt. An ankle-length, wrap skirt with a relaxed fit, it has a comfortable elastic back waistband and fastens at the waist with Agoya shell buttons. Defined by the ray of pleats from the waistband.
